Payments
To complete the payment by credit card you will be redirected through an encrypted connection to the 100% secure payment gateway of Banca Sella S.p.A. - Gestpay (www.gestpay.it) . We will not access, nor store your credit card details.
We accept the following credit cards:
- MasterCard
- Visa
- American Express - we ship only to the address associated with the card holder
- Maestro
- UnionPay
If you choose to make the payment by Bank Transfer you will be provided with our bank details during the check-out process.
If you choose to pay through PayPal please note that we'll only dispatch goods to the shipping address registered in PayPal.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Goods will be shipped from Italy within 1-2 business days after receiving the payment.
Goods will be shipped through FedEx International Priority, DHL Express or TNT Express. If you prefer one courier over the other please inform us prior to shipping. Your package will be tracked and fully insured in case of loss or damage. Tracking number will be provided as soon as the item ships.
If an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, for insurance purposes, you must inform us within 24 hours, adding to the application pictures with both external and internal state of shipment, whereupon we will immediately make arrangements for the full refund, exchange or replacement of the damaged item.
Please note: due to shipping regulations lighters will be shipped empty.
Important: goods ordered may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which the goods are shipped. The customer or receiver of the goods will be liable for any such fees. FinestLighters is not liable for these fees, nor will we accept returns as a result of these fees.
We don't ship goods to the Russian Federation.
