Details
During the Regency period (1795-1837) the Dalmatian dog became a status symbol trotting alongside the horse-drawn carriages, and those with decorative spotting were the most prized.
More recently the Dalmatian breed experienced a massive surge in popularity as a result of the 1956 novel "The Hundred and One Dalmatians" written by British author Dodie Smith, and later due to the two Walt Disney films based on the book.
The Dalmatian Dog pipe is a Group 3 billiard in Black Briar finish. It is fitted with an army mount made from rare Erinoid material. The accompanying solid Sterling Silver tamper is shaped like a Dalmatian dog.
Limited to only 20 individually numbered units worldwide.
