Payments
To complete the payment by credit card, you will be redirected through an encrypted connection to the 100% secure payment gateway of Banca Sella S.p.A. - Fabrick (www.fabrick.com) . We will not access, nor store your credit card details.
We accept the following credit cards:
- MasterCard
- Visa
- American Express - we ship only to the address associated with the card holder
- Maestro
- UnionPay
If you choose to make the payment by Bank Transfer, you will be provided with our bank details during the check-out process.
If you choose to pay through PayPal please note that we'll only dispatch goods to the shipping address registered in PayPal.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Goods will be shipped from Italy within 1-2 business days after receiving the payment.
We ship goods using FedEx. For shipments with DHL Express, please contact us to receive a quote. Your package will be tracked and fully insured in case of loss or damage. Tracking number will be provided as soon as the item ships.
If an item is delivered in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 24 hours for insurance purposes, attaching pictures of both the external and internal state of the shipment. We will immediately make arrangements for the full refund, exchange, or replacement of the damaged item.
Please note: due to shipping regulations lighters will be shipped empty.
Important: Goods ordered may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which the goods are shipped. The customer or the recipient of the goods will be responsible for any such fees. FinestLighters is not liable for these fees, nor will we accept returns as a result of these fees. No import tax to the United States will be charged for orders valued at $800 or less. No United States sales tax will be charged when buying from Finestlighters.com.
We don't ship to the Russian Federation.
